Reclaiming Technique:

1. Place the unqualified fluorine rubber products and production leftovers on the open mill after selecting, cleaning, removing sundries, drying and cutting into small pieces, break them with small roll pitch (≤ 0.2mm ), and make them be fluorine rubber powder after selection and classification.

2. Refine the fluorine rubber powder and the RDFPM fluorine rubber reclaiming agent on the open mill for 15-20 min, and corresponding softener can be added according to the condition, and after mill running and sheeting, the reclaimed fluorine rubber can be got.
