Application: RDS-EPDM,RDS-CR,RDS-NBR,RDS-CPE is respectively applicable to the reviving of EPDM, CR, NBR, CPE and non-sulfur vulcanized rubber .

Application Recipe:

Reviving Technique:

1. Place the unqualified rubber products and production leftovers on the open mill after selecting, cleaning, removing sundries, drying and cutting into small pieces, break them with small roll pitch (≤ 0.2mm ), and make them be powder after selection and classification.

2. Refine the rubber powder and the RDS rubber reclaiming agent on the open mill for 15-30 min with roll temperature below 50 ℃ . Corresponding softener can be added according to the condition, and after mill running and sheeting, the revived rubber can be got.

Storage life: in cool and dry places for 2 years
