Data Analysis and Conclusion:

Seeing from the above data, both of the vulcanization speed and the Mooney viscosity of the ACM reclaimed compound rubber made by the RDS-ACM reclaiming agent substituting pure ACM raw rubber are very close to the compound rubber made by ACM raw rubber only. The physical property and hot air aging property are also very close to each other. So we can conclude that the ACM reclaimed rubber made by the RDS-ACM reclaiming agent can completely substitute part of ACM raw rubber. (Note: the waste rubber used by the reclaimed rubber is the trimming of 1# recipe.)
