Function:
1.Added with rubber according to the recommending recipe, this product can demould effectively without spraying any external releasing agent, and automatically keep sparkling clean. The pollution during the rubber mixing as well as the stain and corrosion to the mold should be avoided so that the life of the mold can be prolonged.
2.This product will not bloom and at the same time, it can avoid self-vulcanization when the temperature of the rubber compound is too high.
3.This product is a kind of rubber internal releasing agent that has the dispersion and the demoulding function. Through reducing the viscosity of the rubber compound and improving the sliding between the rubber compound and the metal interface, it is helpful to solve the problem caused by the internal friction of the rubber and the adherence between the mechanical molds so as to improve the success rate of the production.
4.This product can be used to complicated mold and casting vulcanized production. It can improve the flowability of the rubber in the mold, help the rubber fill the mold and is helpful for the production to demould after vulcanization.
5.This product can increase the flowability of the rubber when extruding, make the extrusion speed increase, and the die swell is small, the dimension stability is good and can improve the smoothness of the production.
6.This product is applicable to the production of all kinds of thermoplastic elastomer.
